Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging content (video, photo, and written) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Plan and manage the social media calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor trends and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions.
• Track performance and adjust content strategy based on insights.
• Own the social media calendar: strategize, schedule, and post regularly to grow reach, engagement, and followers

Requirement

• Fresh-1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar digital marketing role.
• Education in media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong creative skills — especially in video editing, short-form storytelling, and writing.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Solid understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
