Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our company’s online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content for platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, commenting, and responding to messages
• Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
• Analyze insights and prepare performance reports (KPIs, engagement, reach, conversions)
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
