Description

This is a staff position within the Customer Support Group responsible for ensuring continuity of systems and services for clients by providing technical support and installation services at customer sites.

Responsibilities

1. Assure continuity of the systems at customer sites.

2. Install our software and hardware products at customer sites.

3. Resolve issues in products at customer sites.

4. Be well organized and pay close attention to detail.

5. Stay abreast of the latest products through company trainings.

Requirements

1. Applicant must be experienced in electrical, electronics, cabling and installation work.

2. Ability to work without supervision.

3. Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.

4. Work after office hours when required.

5. Travel to other cities for work.

6. Persons with own motorcycles will be preferred.
