Job Title: Customer Support / Virtual Assistant

Job Details

  • Shift: Evening/Night Shift (9-hour shift scheduled anytime between 5:00 PM and 10:00 AM)
  • Salary: 65,000 - 70,000

About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support / Virtual Assistant for one of our client companies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to provide exceptional support to guests through phone calls and messaging platforms while working evening/night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone calls and messaging platforms.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: A Levels
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
