Job Description:

We are hiring an ERP Technical Support Executive to assist clients with our ERP software remotely. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, including persons with disabilities. As this role is fully remote, it is accessible to those who prefer or need to work from home.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for ERP software to clients
Understand client issues and offer clear solutions
Respond promptly to support requests via WhatsApp and phone
Work independently and escalate issues to the team when needed

Requirements:

Knowledge of accounting software, MS SQL, and Crystal Reports
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
IT diploma/certification preferred, or relevant experience
Good communication skills and ability to learn quickly

Work Setup:

Remote (candidates must be based in Karachi)
Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM (rotational weekly off)
Salary: PKR 35,000 per month + official SIM with calling package
Candidate must have their own laptop, smartphone, reliable internet, and power backup.
