Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our dairy outlet located near Barkat Market, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing coffee or bakery brands, along with excellent leadership, customer service, and operational management skills.

Responsibilities:

Build, train, and lead a high-performing outlet team.
Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory, cash management, and staff supervision.
Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate effectively with suppliers.
Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Guarantee the quality, presentation, and freshness of all dairy products.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise and manage home delivery operations to ensure timely and satisfactory service.
Analyze outlet performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
4–5 years of proven experience in managing a coffee shop, bakery, or similar F&B outlet is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
Sound knowledge of inventory control and outlet management systems.
Must be 25 years or older.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
