We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Remote Godine.in Manager to oversee and manage our restaurant operations through the Godine platform. The ideal candidate will be experienced in restaurant systems, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a remote team while ensuring the smooth operation of online orders, menu updates, and customer coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Godine.in system for our restaurants
Monitor order flow and resolve any issues or delays promptly
Ensure menus, pricing, and item availability are updated regularly
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient online operations
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Provide support to customers and address concerns related to online orders
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate technical problems when needed
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external vendors
Train new staff on the Godine platform (if required)
Requirements:
Prior experience with Godine.in or similar restaurant ordering platforms
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and online systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
