We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping HR strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring effective HR operations across departments. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support a growing, international team.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for local and international hires
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Oversee performance management, promotions, and appraisals
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Maintain HR records and manage confidential employee data
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Handle employee engagement, retention strategies, and well-being initiatives
• Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and HR reporting

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer (3+ years preferred)

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools

Experience working with international teams is a plus
