Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws. ✅ Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees. ✅ Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs. ✅ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. ✅ Monitor and improve workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention. ✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. ✅ Analyze HR data to improve decision-making and workforce planning. ✅ Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 🔹 2-3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role. 🔹 Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices. 🔹 Experience with HR software (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.). 🔹 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 🔹 Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
