Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
✅ Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
✅ Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
✅ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
✅ Monitor and improve workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
✅ Analyze HR data to improve decision-making and workforce planning.
✅ Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹 2-3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
🔹 Experience with HR software (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
🔹 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
