Description

We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Specialist to manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. As the sole HR representative, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the company’s people strategy, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and new hire onboarding.

·      HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with employment laws.

·      Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with finance/payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processing. Manage employee leave, attendance, and benefit administration.

·      Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for all employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and support a positive work culture.

·      Performance Management: Support goal setting, performance review cycles, and staff development plans.

·      Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and stay updated on labor laws and regulations.

·      Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.

·      HR Reporting: Prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, engagement, and other key HR metrics.


Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

·      2 – 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an SME or startup environment.

·      Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

·      Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and payroll software.
