As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our communication and email marketing strategies, as well as facilitating meetings and coordinating with various resources.
Responsibilities
. Influencer Marketing: · Develop strategies for influencer partnerships, including identifying and reaching out to suitable influencers who align with the brand values and target audience. · Coordinate influencer content creation, ensuring alignment with campaign goals. Organize all influencer content in a structured manner on platforms like Dropbox. · Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring smooth communication and content delivery. Manage expectations and ensure influencers meet agreed-upon deadlines. 2. Social Media Marketing · Oversee and manage social media presence on Australian platforms like Instagram, ensuring regular posting and engagement with followers. · Optimize YouTube channel performance, including video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and SEO to increase visibility and drive views. · Design engaging social media stories and posts using tools like Canva. Ensure the content is visually appealing and grammatically correct before posting. 4. Email Marketing: · Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and drive conversion. · Segment email lists and customize content to cater to specific customer segments. · Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. · Proven experience in email marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, and streamlining communication strategies. · Strong knowledge of the USA, AUS & UK markets and the latest marketing trends. · Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems. · Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
