Project Coordinator [Job ID: 1859113294]

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced resource to manage the operations/service delivery aspect of multiple small to medium-sized IT projects of key international clients.

Job Description

• IT Projects planning, coordination, and control including tracking actual progress and reporting variances.
• Coordinating IT project/task execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Submit task / IT project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Global Resource Management and pooling sufficient data of international engineer’s/human resources.
• Establish and execute a task/project communication plan.
• Record maintenance of tasks/activities and of required documentation of clients and engineers.
• Keep the portal updated on daily basis.
• Monitor or track task/project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage IT task/project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Day-to-day management of various project control processes, including deliverable configuration management, issue and risk management, resource management, and quality management.
• Complete ownership of position / assigned work and tasks in high spirits.
• Ownership & availability for queries/assignments; And
• Any other task may be assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualification

• Bachelor in Business Admin / HR / Project Management
• Information Technology Knowledge is a must, especially in networking.

Skills

• Good communication skills verbal and written including email writing.
• Able to understand and resolve issues and queries of clients.

Location

• Gulberg, Lahore.

Timings

• 12 PM till 9 PM Pakistan Time
