Job Responsibilities:

7-Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

8-Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to service delivery.

9-Assist in service and process tracking.

10-Act as bridge between client end & services end.

11-Responsible for updating the data.
