Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and oversee Web3 and AI projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Define Product Vision & Roadmap : Work with clients to understand business goals and translate them into a strategic product vision and roadmap.
Requirements Gathering & Prioritization : Collaborate with clients, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to capture, refine, and prioritize requirements in line with project constraints and client objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary liaison for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Backlog Ownership : Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with delivery timelines.
Collaboration with Teams : Partner with Project Managers, designers, and developers to ensure smooth execution, balancing scope, quality, and client satisfaction.
Feature Delivery & Validation : Guide feature validation, user acceptance testing, and iterative improvements post-launch.
Strategy & Insights : Leverage market insights and domain trends to shape the product while advising clients on best practices and innovation opportunities.
Risk & Change Management : Work with Project Managers to assess scope changes, manage trade-offs, and mitigate risks to delivery.

Requirements:

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in project management with proven success in client-facing roles.
Experience managing Web3 and AI projects is a must.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Familiarity with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and AI frameworks.
