Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and experienced Female Restaurant Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant operations remotely. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the on-ground team, manage staff schedules, handle supplier communication, monitor performance, and ensure smooth operations using remote tools.
Responsibilities:
versee daily restaurant operations remotely via video calls, chats, and reports
Manage staff attendance, shift schedules, and resolve team issues
Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and customer service feedback
Coordinate with kitchen staff, delivery partners, and suppliers
Track sales, promotions, stock levels, and cost control
Generate weekly performance reports and provide improvement suggestions
Maintain effective communication with the UAE-based team
Use restaurant software/tools (e.g., Godine, POS systems, etc.) efficiently
Handle customer complaints escalated by the on-ground team
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Requirements:
- Female candidate (as per the role requirement)
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and make decisions independently
- Punctual, responsible, and highly organized
- Experience using restaurant management software is a plus
