Sales Associates (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our medical billing services, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to present our medical billing solutions.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to position our services effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and billing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand medical billing processes and terminology is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office
