Position: Sales Coordinator / Sales Cold Caller

Location: Main GT Road, Islamabad (Near DHA Phase 2)

Industry: Solar & Renewable Energy

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 60,000 (Basic) + Attractive Commission

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Female Sales Coordinator / Sales Cold Caller to join our growing solar energy company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in cold calling and sales coordination, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads.

• Coordinate with prospective and existing clients regarding products and services.

• Schedule meetings and follow up with potential customers.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Cold Calling, Telemarketing, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.
