Job Description:

Nitro Fox Digital is looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong lead generation abilities, and confidence in representing the company both online and offline.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communication, closing local and international deals, conducting cold calls, and creating engaging social media video content to promote the company’s services.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, email marketing, and other online/offline channels
  • Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to acquire new clients
  • Identify business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Handle client communication professionally through calls, emails, Zoom meetings, and chats
  • Close local and international sales deals effectively
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and service proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and business growth strategies
  • Represent the company professionally on social media and in client meetings
  • Create engaging video content, reels, and promotional clips for company social media platforms
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to expand company reach in local and international markets


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client dealing is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and client outreach
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Must be confident, presentable, and not camera shy
  • Comfortable creating video content for social media platforms
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented personality
