Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relations, boosting sales, and executing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to strengthen our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert sales leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms – create, schedule, and monitor content.
- Respond to online inquiries and maintain consistent brand tone.
- Support events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or client service roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing social media pages and creating digital content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent in both Urdu and English.
