SOFTWARE SALES MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Software Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This is a remote role requiring candidates to be comfortable working on camera throughout working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
• Identify, acquire, and manage new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive consistent performance.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Handle client communication professionally and promptly to build long-term trust.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in software sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
• Must be comfortable working on camera throughout working hours.

Work Schedule

• Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Day Off: Sunday
