Kryptomind is looking for a detailed driven and organized Technical Project Coordinator to support project execution with a strong focus on documentation, requirements management, and process with clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate clients Requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
• Draft and maintain Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Design UML diagrams (use case, sequence, activity, class) to illustrate workflows and system behavior.
• Organize and manage documentation via Confluence, Notion, or Google Docs.
• Assist in project planning and tracking through Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp including task breakdowns, timelines, and status updates.
• Ensure consistency, version control, and traceability across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and designers to clarify requirements and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical documentation and requirements engineering
• Proficiency in creating SRS, FRS, Use Cases, and UML diagrams
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is Preferred.

Experience in software development or IT services, with exposure to diagramming tools like draw.io, Lucidchart, Whimsical, or Mermaid, and the ability to generate wireframes or process flows from verbal requirements will be a plus.
