USA Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced USA Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. This role is crucial for securing high-paying loads and maximizing revenue for our fleet. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing truck operations within the US market, ensuring efficient and profitable transportation of goods.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US freight market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with brokers and drivers. You will be expected to utilize load boards, manage multiple trucks independently, and stay informed about market trends. This position requires availability for the night shift to align with US time zones.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US truck dispatching.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
• Excellent negotiation and broker communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple trucks independently.
• Understanding of lanes, RPM, and market trends.
