Description

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This involves managing day-to-day transactions, preparing financial reports, and supporting the accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping software. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
Process invoices and manage accounts receivable.
Assist in preparing financial reports.
Reconcile general ledger accounts.
Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
