Description

The Manager of Finance Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily financial processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This position involves strategic planning and operational execution, bridging finance with business operations to drive profitability and informed decision-making. The role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to lead and develop a team.

This role is crucial for translating financial data into actionable insights, managing P&L, budgets, and improving workflows. The Manager will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial systems. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement within the finance department.

Designing, implementing, and optimizing financial systems and workflows for accounts payable/receivable, payments, and collections.
Preparing financial reports (P&L, budgets, forecasts, MIS), analyzing performance, identifying trends, and assessing risks.
Leading budget development, monitoring, and managing budget allocations.
Supervising accounting/finance teams, training non-finance staff, and ensuring compliance.
