As a Customer Support Agent at 5 Star Innovations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation. You will be the primary point of contact for our U.S.-based customers, providing support and resolving issues efficiently. This on-site, night-shift role in Wapda Town, Lahore, requires a dedicated individual who can handle customer inquiries via email and phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be working from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.
