About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support / Virtual Assistant for one of our client companies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to provide exceptional support to guests through phone calls and messaging platforms while working evening/night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone calls and messaging platforms.
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Perform administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: A Levels
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
