We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring excellent customer service, managing order fulfillment, and coordinating with various teams to maintain a smooth e-commerce workflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a customer service team and ensuring timely and efficient support.

The CSR will play a key role in handling order processing, managing courier relationships, and preparing performance reports. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure timely and efficient support.
  • Handle order fulfillment, including confirmation, processing, and dispatch coordination.
  • Manage courier handling and coordinate with courier companies.
  • Monitor order tracking, delivery status, and address any delays or lost shipments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly team performance reports.
