Description

Duties & Responsibilities

○ Make outbound calls to potential office locations to inquire about office availability for QMEs.

○ Make follow up calls on potential clients

○ Assist in securing offices for QMEs

○ Gather and maintain accurate information from office managers.

○ Keep records updated in Excel spreadsheets and ensure proper documentation.

○ Communicate professionally via email correspondence with office managers and stakeholders.

○ Negotiate and persuade office managers to facilitate office placements.

○ Identify potential leads and maintain a database for follow-ups.

○ Keep track of leads and report progress to managers.

○ Generate leads while understanding the lead generation process.

○ Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

○ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills while dealing with clients.

Responsibilities

Knowledge & Skills

● Must have strong fluency in English (both written and spoken) for professional communication.

● Must demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision.

● Must have strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

● Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.

● Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.

● Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

● Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with international clients.

Requirements

Experience

● Minimum 1 year of experience in international operations support, or international client communications.

● Experience in lead generation and data management is preferred.

● Experience in healthcare operations or QME-related work is a plus.

Education

● O-Levels & A-Levels required (Intermediate not accepted).

● Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or currently enrolled in one).
