Job Description:
LancMall is a leading retail company seeking an experienced Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team. We value innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Order Fulfilment Coordinator to oversee our office supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the fulfillment of customer orders, including processing, packaging, and shipping
- Manage inventory levels and track stock movements
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze and resolve order fulfillment issues and discrepancies
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and reports on order fulfilment metrics
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with supply chain software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
