Job Description:

Cakes & Bakes is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and ensuring a smooth supply chain process. The role requires strong technical knowledge, proficiency in ERP systems, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Responsibilities:

Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
Work closely with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing for cost optimization.
Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Analyze market trends and vendor performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and requirements.
Utilize ERP systems (MS-D365, Oracle, SAP) for procurement operations and reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance procurement strategies.

Requirements:

Education: BBA/MBA/BSCS/BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Civil).

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in ERP systems (MS-D365, Oracle, SAP) and MS Office.
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, IT, or civil engineering fields.
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
Ability to conduct market analysis and identify cost-effective purchasing solutions.
Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement principles and procedures.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
