Senior MERN Stack Developer (5+ Years) – Healthcare Domain

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), experience in complex system development, and excellent communication skills. Experience in the healthcare domain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build high-performance, secure, and maintainable backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead development initiatives, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Integrate third-party services ensuring system reliability and scalability
• Optimize application performance, security, and data integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
• Solid understanding of application architecture, system design, and performance optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure application development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture
