Job Description:
We are seeking a Tax Services Representative who will assist clients in preparing, filing, and managing their tax documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of tax laws, strong communication skills, and a client-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in filing Income Tax Returns, Sales Tax, and NTN registration.
Handle day-to-day office tasks including client data entry and tax documentation.
Coordinate with clients and respond to queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of filings and submissions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge of FBR systems and basic tax filing processes is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
