Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
- Experience: 1+ years in cross-border e-commerce customer service management (prior experience in US/EU or African markets preferred);
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in WhatsApp Business platform + PPT-based course development;
Preferred Qualifications
• Local Resources: Collaboration experience with Lahore's female entrepreneur communities or universities (e.g., Lahore University of Management Sciences).
