Description

  • Salary: PKR 80K-100K/month + up to 50% performance bonus;

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Design onboarding training programs for new employees, achieving ≥90% onboarding pass rate within 3 months;
  • Conduct monthly script optimization and public relations training, refining localized service workflows.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Experience: 1+ years in cross-border e-commerce customer service management (prior experience in US/EU or African markets preferred);
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in WhatsApp Business platform + PPT-based course development;

Preferred Qualifications

• Local Resources: Collaboration experience with Lahore's female entrepreneur communities or universities (e.g., Lahore University of Management Sciences).
