Job Description:

We are hiring (C.R.O) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, booking appointments, and responding to clients using the tools and software provided by the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments for clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through company-approved tools and software.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and client requests.
  • Update records, appointments, and client information in the system.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate education.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in office timings 1:45 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • Age: 18 to 30 years.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What We Offer:

  • Salary range: 35,000 – 55,000 PKR
