**Position:** Customer Service Representative (CSR)

**Location:** Sughra Towers, F-11 Markaz, Islamabad

**Employment Type:** Full-Time | Onsite

**Working Days:** Monday to Friday (Last Saturday of each month is working)

**Timings:** 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM


 **Eligibility Criteria:**


* Candidates with prior **banking or financial institution experience** will be **strongly preferred**.

* **Applicants with backgrounds in illegal or unregistered call centers will not be entertained under any circumstances.**


**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct regular follow-up calls with clients to ensure timely recoveries and maintain accurate records.

2. Manage and reconcile account transactions with a focus on accuracy and proper documentation.

3. Professionally handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of all issues.

4. Respond to client inquiries via social media platforms and helpline support channels.

5. Verify and update client contact details post-disbursement in coordination with branch teams.

6. Identify and refer potential business leads during routine client interactions
