- Real Estate Contact Specialist (WFH)
Apex Holdings is hiring a dedicated Customer Relation Manager to join our night shift team, focusing on critical frontline communication with US-based real estate sellers. This role requires exceptional skills in outbound and inbound communication via phone, text, and email to qualify leads and build rapport for our US real estate projects.
π» Technical & Workspace Requirements
- Equipment: Must own a reliable personal laptop or PC and a high-quality headset with a microphone.
- Workspace: Must have a separate, quiet, and professional workspace free from background noise and interruptions for uninterrupted calls.
π Schedule & Training
- Shift Timings: Night Shift, 6:00 PM β 3:00 AM
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Training: Mandatory five (5) days of comprehensive, paid training is provided.
π― Core Requirements & Skills
- Primary Duty: High-volume communication (phone, text, email) with real estate sellers in the US market.
- Skills: Exceptional phone manner, proficiency in professional texting and email, strong CRM data entry skills, active listening, and persistence in follow-up.
- Must be reliable and committed to the night shift schedule.
- Experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred.
