✔️ Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
✔️ Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the system.
✔️ Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
✅ Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
✅ Truck dispatch experience is a plus!
