Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments and resolving any issues with professionalism and urgency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients regarding shipment bookings, documentation, tracking, and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, documentation, etc.) to ensure seamless shipment handling.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and update customers about shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Support key account management and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation (BL, AWB, etc.), and international trade practices.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems (CRM/ERP is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
