Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating information in the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Proactively follow up on customer feedback to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate or bachelors
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to maintain data.
  • Ability to handle customers via calls.
