Description
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating information in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Proactively follow up on customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or bachelors
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software to maintain data.
- Ability to handle customers via calls.
