Location: College Road, Township, Lahore

Salary: Rs 40,000 - Rs 65,000 per month

Shift Timings: 6 PM – 4 AM

Job Type: Full-time

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve queries and provide top-quality support
  • Work closely with teams to enhance customer service processes

Job Requirements:

  • Problem-solving ability with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Good Written and Verbal English Communication
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
