Salary: Up to 40,000 PKR + Commission


Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our outbound calling team. This onsite, night-shift position is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cold calling and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.


Requirements & Key Competencies

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer-focused attitude, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working night shifts.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
