Job Description:

Collaborate with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

Maintain accurate sales and delivery records.

Assist with sales proposals and presentations.

Track and manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Prepare and process invoices and sales reports.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player with excellent organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
