🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily inward & outward movement of stock

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits

Ensure on-time dispatches to customers and departments

Follow and enforce FIFO/LIFO systems and warehouse SOPs

Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchase, and Production teams

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure clean, safe, and organized storage

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BA or equivalent)

3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse/store experience

Familiarity with basic ERP or Excel-based stock management

Good reporting, communication, and leadership skills

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in paper or stationery-related products
